A vulnerability was found in Giaard ProMan 0.1.0/0.1.1. It has been rated as critical. This issue affects an unknown part of the file elisttasks.php. The manipulation of the argument _SESSION[userLang] with an unknown input leads to a path traversal vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-22. Multiple directory traversal vulnerabilities in ProMan 0.1.1 and earlier allow remote attackers to include and execute arbitrary local files via directory traversal sequences in the _SESSION[userLang] parameter to (1) elisttasks.php, (2) managepmanagers.php, (3) manageusers.php, (4) helpfunc.php, (5) managegroups.php, (6) manageprocess.php, and (7) manageusersgroups.php.
The weakness was released 02/27/2010 (Website). The advisory is shared at exploit-db.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2010-2138 since 06/02/2010. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. Technical details as well as a public exploit are known.
