The weakness was presented 09/07/2010 by Sergey Glazunov (Lostmon) with Casaba Security (Website). The advisory is shared for download at googlechromereleases.blogspot.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2010-3254. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation.
