Opera before 10.63 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (application crash) via a Flash movie with a transparent Window Mode (aka wmode) property, which is not properly handled during navigation away from the containing HTML document.

The weakness was disclosed 10/21/2010 (Website). The advisory is available at opera.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2010-4049 since 10/21/2010. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. The technical details are unknown and an exploit is not available.
