Adobe Reader and Acrobat 10.x before 10.0.1, 9.x before 9.4.2, and 8.x before 8.2.6 on Windows and Mac OS X allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a font.
The weakness was shared 02/10/2011 by Tavis Ormandy with Google Security Team (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at adobe.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2011-0594 since 01/19/2011. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. The technical details are unknown and an exploit is not publicly available.
