A vulnerability, which was classified as very critical, was found in HP Intelligent Management Center (Log Management Software). Affected is an unknown code of the file tftpserver.exe. tftpserver.exe in HP Intelligent Management Center (IMC) 5.0 before E0101L02 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a (1) large or (2) invalid opcode field, related to a function pointer table.
The weakness was disclosed 05/13/2011 by AbdulAziz Hariri with TippingPoint (Website). The advisory is shared for download at h20000.www2.hp.com.
