The weakness was disclosed 07/20/2011 with Oracle (Website). The advisory is shared at us-cert.gov. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2011-0811 since 02/04/2011. The exploitation is known to be easy. An attack has to be approached locally. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation.
