Google Chrome before 13.0.782.107 does not properly handle nested functions in PDF documents, which allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (application crash) or possibly have unspecified other impact via a crafted document.

The weakness was presented 08/02/2011 by Sergey Glazunov (miaubiz) with Chromium Development Community (Website). The advisory is available at xforce.iss.net. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2011-2804. The exploitation is known to be easy. The attack may be launched remotely. No form of authentication is required for exploitation.
