A vulnerability was found in phpmyadmin up to 3.4.5.0 (Database Administration Software) and classified as problematic. This issue affects an unknown functionality of the file phpmyadmin.css.php of the component Error Message Handler. phpmyadmin.css.php in phpMyAdmin 3.4.x before 3.4.6 allows remote attackers to obtain sensitive information via an array-typed js_frame parameter to phpmyadmin.css.php, which reveals the installation path in an error message.
The weakness was shared 11/17/2011 (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at phpmyadmin.net. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2011-3646 since 09/23/2011. The exploitation is known to be easy. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation. Upgrading to version 3.4.4.0 eliminates this vulnerability.
