Cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerability in the management interface in FreeIPA before 2.1.4 allows remote attackers to hijack the authentication of administrators for requests that make configuration changes.

The weakness was released 12/08/2011 with Red Hat (Website). The advisory is available at freeipa.org. This vulnerability was named CVE-2011-3636 since 09/21/2011. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim.
