Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in ForgottenPassword.aspx in MailEnable Professional, Enterprise, and Premium 4.26 and earlier, 5.x before 5.53, and 6.x before 6.03 allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the Username parameter.
The weakness was released 01/24/2012 by Narendra Shinde (Website). The advisory is shared for download at mailenable.com. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2012-0389 since 01/04/2012. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploitation doesn't require any form of authentication. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim.
