A vulnerability was found in atvise webMI2ADS 1.0/2.0/2.0.1. It has been rated as problematic. This issue affects some unknown functionality. The web server in Certec atvise webMI2ADS (aka webMI) before 2.0.2 does not properly check return values from functions, which allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (NULL pointer dereference) via a crafted HTTP request.
The weakness was disclosed 04/13/2012 (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at us-cert.gov. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2011-4881 since 12/21/2011.
