Cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerability in ownCloud before 3.0.3 allows remote attackers to hijack the authentication of arbitrary users for requests that insert cross-site scripting (XSS) sequences via vectors involving contacts.
The weakness was disclosed 04/20/2012 (oss-sec). The advisory is available at openwall.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2012-2397 since 04/20/2012. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim.
