Wicd before 1.7.1 saves sensitive information in log files in /var/log/wicd, which allows context-dependent attackers to obtain passwords and other sensitive information.

The weakness was published 06/29/2012 by Vincent Lefevre (Website). The advisory is shared at launchpad.net. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2012-0813 since 01/19/2012.
