A vulnerability was found in MySQLDumper 1.24.4 (Database Software) and classified as problematic. This issue affects an unknown function. The manipulation of the argument config with an unknown input leads to a path traversal vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-22. The product uses external input to construct a pathname that is intended to identify a file or directory that is located underneath a restricted parent directory, but the product does not properly neutralize special elements within the pathname that can cause the pathname to resolve to a location that is outside of the restricted directory. Multiple directory traversal vulnerabilities in MySQLDumper 1.24.4 allow remote attackers to read arbitrary files via a .. (dot dot) in the (1) language parameter to learn/cubemail/install.php or (2) f parameter learn/cubemail/filemanagement.php, or execute arbitrary local files via a .. (dot dot) in the (3) config parameter to learn/cubemail/menu.php.
