SQL injection vulnerability in e107_admin/users_extended.php in e107 before 0.7.26 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands via the user_field parameter.
The weakness was disclosed 08/31/2012 (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at e107.svn.sourceforge.net. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2011-4946 since 12/23/2011. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication. Technical details of the vulnerability are known, but there is no available exploit. The attack technique deployed by this issue is T1505 according to MITRE ATT&CK.
Upgrading to version 0.7.2 eliminates this vulnerability.
