The weakness was shared 09/12/2012 by Takeshi Terada as 2012/09 as not defined changelog entry (Website). The advisory is shared for download at googlechromereleases.blogspot.ch. The vendor cooperated in the coordination of the public release. This vulnerability was named CVE-2012-4905 since 09/13/2012. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim.
