A vulnerability was found in Bandisoft Bandizip up to 3.09 and classified as critical. This issue affects an unknown code in the library dwmapi.dll. Untrusted search path vulnerability in Bandisoft Bandizip before 3.10 allows local users to gain privileges via a Trojan horse dwmapi.dll file in the current working directory.
The weakness was released 02/14/2014 (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at osvdb.org. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2014-1680. Attacking locally is a requirement.
