A vulnerability, which was classified as problematic, was found in Robert Ancell LightDM up to 0.9.2. This affects an unknown function of the file dmrc.c. dmrc.c in Light Display Manager (aka LightDM) before 1.1.1 allows local users to read arbitrary files via a symlink attack on ~/.dmrc.
The weakness was shared 03/06/2014 (Website). The advisory is shared at bugs.launchpad.net. This vulnerability is uniquely identified as CVE-2011-3153 since 08/16/2011.
