CRLF injection vulnerability in spacewalk-java before 2.1.148-1 and Red Hat Network (RHN) Satellite 5.6 allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary HTTP headers, and conduct HTTP response splitting attacks and cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks, via the return_url parameter.
The weakness was released 04/01/2014 by ryan as confirmed git commit (GIT Repository). The advisory is shared at git.fedorahosted.org. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2013-1869 since 02/19/2013. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication. It demands that the victim is doing some kind of user interaction.
