The weakness was presented 08/12/2014 by Ilja van Sprundel with IOActive as MS14-045 as confirmed bulletin (Technet). The advisory is available at technet.microsoft.com. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2014-0319 since 12/03/2013. Local access is required to approach this attack. A simple authentication is needed for exploitation. The technical details are unknown and an exploit is not available. This vulnerability is assigned to T1068 by the MITRE ATT&CK project.
