A vulnerability was found in Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 (Web Browser). It has been classified as critical. This affects an unknown part. The advisory is shared at technet.microsoft.com. This vulnerability is uniquely identified as CVE-2014-4095 since 04/10/2014. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. No form of authentication is needed for exploitation. It demands that the victim is doing some kind of user interaction. Neither technical details nor an exploit are publicly available. Applying the patch MS14-052 is able to eliminate this problem. The bugfix is ready for download at technet.microsoft.com. A possible mitigation has been published immediately after the disclosure of the vulnerability. Furthermore it is possible to detect and prevent this kind of attack with TippingPoint and the filter 16252.
