Citrix Cloud.com CloudStack, and Apache CloudStack pre-release, allows remote attackers to make arbitrary API calls by leveraging the system user account, as demonstrated by API calls to delete VMs.
The weakness was published 10/10/2012 by Hugo Trippaers and Schuberg Philis as confirmed blog post (Website). The advisory is shared at cloudstack.org. The public release happened without involvement of Apache. This vulnerability is uniquely identified as CVE-2012-4501 since 08/21/2012. The exploitability is told to be easy.
