A vulnerability was found in FreeBSD 8.4/9.3/10.0/10.1 (Operating System). It has been rated as problematic. This issue affects the function getsockopt of the component SCTP. Due to insufficient validation of the SCTP stream ID, which serves as an array index, a local unprivileged attacker can read or write 16-bits of kernel memory.
