The issue has been introduced in 03/16/2010. The weakness was disclosed 02/10/2015 by Clement Lecigne as MS15-009 as confirmed bulletin (Technet). It is possible to read the advisory at technet.microsoft.com. This vulnerability is uniquely identified as CVE-2015-0071 since 11/18/2014. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely.
