A vulnerability has been found in Skyphe File-gallery (Photo Gallery Software) and classified as critical. This vulnerability affects the function create_function. The File Gallery plugin before 1.7.9.2 for WordPress does not properly escape strings, which allows remote administrators to execute arbitrary PHP code via a \ (backslash quote) in the setting fields to /wp-admin/options-media.php, related to the create_function function.

The weakness was disclosed 05/06/2014 (Website). The advisory is shared for download at wordpress.org. This vulnerability was named CVE-2014-2558 since 03/19/2014.
