LiveZilla before 5.1.1.0 stores the admin Base64 encoded username and password in a 1click file, which allows local users to obtain access by reading the file.

The weakness was presented 06/09/2014 with Curesec Research Team as not defined mailinglist post (Full-Disclosure). The advisory is shared at seclists.org. This vulnerability is uniquely identified as CVE-2013-6223 since 10/21/2013. The exploitability is told to be easy. An attack has to be approached locally.
