A vulnerability was found in Offis DCMTK up to 3.6.1 and classified as critical. This issue affects an unknown function in the library dcmnet/libsrc/scp.cc of the file movescu.cc of the component Privileges. The exploitation is known to be easy. Attacking locally is a requirement. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation.
