A vulnerability was found in Tor 0.2.2.39 (Network Encryption Software). It has been classified as problematic. This affects an unknown part of the component Advertised Platform Remote System. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a information disclosure vulnerability. CWE is classifying the issue as CWE-200. The product exposes sensitive information to an actor that is not explicitly authorized to have access to that information. This is going to have an impact on confidentiality.
The weakness was disclosed 11/19/2012 by tagnaq as not defined changelog entry (Website). The advisory is shared at gitweb.torproject.org.
