The WP-DBManager (aka Database Manager) plugin before 2.7.2 for WordPress allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands via shell metacharacters in the (1) $backup[ filepath ] (aka "Path to Backup:" field) or (2) $backup[ mysqldumppath ] variable.
The weakness was presented 10/31/2014 (Website). The advisory is shared for download at wordpress.org. This vulnerability is traded as CVE-2014-8334 since 10/20/2014. The exploitability is told to be easy. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. A authentication is necessary for exploitation. There are known technical details, but no exploit is available.
