A vulnerability was found in ProjectSend up to 375 (Project Management Software). It has been rated as critical. Affected by this issue is some unknown processing of the file process-upload.php of the component File Upload. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a code injection vulnerability. Unrestricted file upload vulnerability in process-upload.php in ProjectSend (formerly cFTP) r100 through r561 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code by uploading a file with a PHP extension, then accessing it via a direct request to the file in the upload/files/ or upload/temp/ directory.
The weakness was published 01/07/2015 (Website). The advisory is shared for download at xforce.iss.net. This vulnerability is handled as CVE-2014-9567 since 01/07/2015.
