The weakness was disclosed 01/15/2013 with Oracle as cpujan2013-1515902 as confirmed advisory (Website). The advisory is shared for download at oracle.com. The public release has been coordinated in cooperation with the vendor. This vulnerability was named CVE-2013-0397 since 12/07/2012. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. Technical details are unknown but a public exploit is available.
