The weakness was presented 01/15/2013 with Oracle as cpujan2013-1515902 as not defined advisory (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at oracle.com. The public release was coordinated in cooperation with Oracle. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2013-0383 since 12/07/2012. The attack can be launched remotely.
