This vulnerability affects some unknown processing of the component Logout Handler. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a 7pk security vulnerability. Inductive Automation Ignition 7.7.2 does not terminate a session upon a logout action, which allows remote attackers to bypass intended access restrictions by leveraging an unattended workstation.
The weakness was released 04/03/2015 by Positive Technologies (Alex) with Positive Technologies (Website). The advisory is available at ics-cert.us-cert.gov.
