The bug was discovered 04/14/2015. The weakness was disclosed 04/14/2015 with Microsoft as MS15-033 as confirmed bulletin (Technet). The advisory is shared at technet.microsoft.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2015-1641 since 02/17/2015. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation.
