The issue has been introduced in 01/19/2015. The weakness was released 04/14/2015 with Oracle as Oracle Critical Patch Update Advisory - April 2015 as confirmed advisory (Website). The advisory is available at oracle.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2015-0492 since 12/17/2014. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. The technical details are unknown and an exploit is not available.
