Cisco NX-OS 5.2(5) on Nexus 7000 devices allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (device crash) by sending a malformed LLDP packet on the local network, aka Bug ID CSCud89415.
The weakness was disclosed 06/20/2015 with Cisco as CSCud89415 as confirmed advisory (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at tools.cisco.com. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2015-4197 since 06/04/2015. Attacking locally is a requirement. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication.
