Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client 3.1(60) on Windows does not properly validate pathnames, which allows local users to gain privileges via a crafted INF file, aka Bug ID CSCus65862.
The weakness was presented 06/24/2015 by Cisco with Cisco Systems as 39466 / CSCus65862 as confirmed vulnerability alert (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at tools.cisco.com. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2015-4211 since 06/04/2015. Attacking locally is a requirement. The successful exploitation needs a single authentication.
