The weakness was disclosed 06/30/2015 by Brian Gorenc with Zero Day Initiative (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at www-01.ibm.com. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2015-1938 since 02/19/2015. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploitation doesn't need any form of authentication.
