A vulnerability classified as critical was found in ImpressCMS up to 1.3.5. This vulnerability affects an unknown functionality in the library htdocs/libraries/image-editor/image-edit.php of the component Pathname Handler. The manipulation of the argument image_path with an unknown input leads to a path traversal vulnerability (Absolute). The CWE definition for the vulnerability is CWE-22. Absolute path traversal vulnerability in htdocs/libraries/image-editor/image-edit.php in ImpressCMS before 1.3.6 allows remote attackers to delete arbitrary files via a full pathname in the image_path parameter in a cancel action.
