SQL injection vulnerability in the AdvanceSearch.class in AdventNetPassTrix.jar in ManageEngine Password Manager Pro (PMP) before 8.1 Build 8101 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary SQL commands via the ANDOR parameter, as demonstrated by a request to STATE_ID/1425543888647/SQLAdvancedALSearchResult.cc.
The weakness was presented 07/08/2015 by Blazej Adamczyk (Website). The advisory is shared for download at manageengine.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2015-5459 since 07/08/2015. The attack can be initiated remotely. Required for exploitation is a single authentication. There are known technical details, but no exploit is available. The MITRE ATT&CK project declares the attack technique as T1505.
Upgrading to version 8.1 Build 8101 eliminates this vulnerability.
