Hyper-V in Microsoft Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2012 R2, and Windows 10 improperly processes ACL settings, which allows local users to bypass intended network-traffic restrictions via a crafted application, aka "Hyper-V Security Feature Bypass Vulnerability."
The weakness was shared 09/08/2015 as MS15-105 as confirmed bulletin (Technet). It is possible to read the advisory at technet.microsoft.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2015-2534. Attacking locally is a requirement. A simple authentication is required for exploitation. The technical details are unknown and an exploit is not publicly available.
The vulnerability scanner Nessus provides a plugin with the ID 85848 (MS15-105: Vulnerability in Windows Hyper-V Could Allow Security Feature Bypass (3091287)), which helps to determine the existence of the flaw in a target environment.
