A vulnerability, which was classified as critical, has been found in Synology Video Station up to 1.5. This issue affects some unknown functionality of the file watchstatus.cgi. The manipulation of the argument id with an unknown input leads to a sql injection vulnerability. Using CWE to declare the problem leads to CWE-89. The product constructs all or part of an SQL command using externally-influenced input from an upstream component, but it does not neutralize or incorrectly neutralizes special elements that could modify the intended SQL command when it is sent to a downstream component. SQL injection vulnerability in Synology Video Station before 1.5-0763 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands via the id parameter to watchstatus.cgi.
