The weakness was published 10/13/2015 as MS15-111 as confirmed bulletin (Technet). The advisory is shared at technet.microsoft.com. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2015-2549 since 03/19/2015. An attack has to be approached locally. The successful exploitation requires a simple authentication.
