A vulnerability, which was classified as problematic, was found in Google Chrome (Web Browser). This affects the function MutationObserver of the component Blink. The manipulation with an unknown input leads to a race condition vulnerability. CWE is classifying the issue as CWE-362. The product contains a code sequence that can run concurrently with other code, and the code sequence requires temporary, exclusive access to a shared resource, but a timing window exists in which the shared resource can be modified by another code sequence that is operating concurrently. Race condition in the MutationObserver implementation in Blink, as used in Google Chrome before 47.0.2526.80, allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (use-after-free) or possibly have unspecified other impact by leveraging unanticipated object deletion.
