The weakness was presented 04/12/2016 as MS16-041 as confirmed bulletin (Technet). The advisory is shared at technet.microsoft.com. This vulnerability is uniquely identified as CVE-2016-0148 since 12/04/2015. An attack has to be approached locally. No form of authentication is needed for exploitation.
