The ISHMED-PATRED_TRANSACT_RFCCALL function in the IS-H Industry-Specific Component Hospital subsystem in SAP Healthcare Industry Solution, and the SAP ERP central component (aka ECC 6), allows remote authenticated users to bypass intended transaction restrictions via unspecified vectors.
The weakness was shared 04/16/2013 by Ertunga Arsal with ESNC GmbH as ESNC-2013-001 as not defined advisory (Bugtraq). The advisory is shared at archives.neohapsis.com. The vendor cooperated in the coordination of the public release. This vulnerability is known as CVE-2013-3061 since 04/15/2013. The exploitation appears to be easy. The attack can be launched remotely. The successful exploitation requires a single authentication. Technical details and also a private exploit are known. MITRE ATT&CK project uses the attack technique T1068 for this issue.
