The weakness was presented 04/25/2013 by Janek Vind with waraxe as PMASA-2013-4 as confirmed advisory (Website). The advisory is shared for download at phpmyadmin.net. The public release was coordinated in cooperation with the vendor. This vulnerability was named CVE-2013-3240 since 04/22/2013. The exploitation appears to be easy.
