A vulnerability was found in VLC Media Player (Multimedia Player Software) (version now known) and classified as critical. This issue affects some unknown processing of the file Ogg/Theora. The identification of this vulnerability is CVE-2007-3316 since 06/21/2007. The attack may be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is needed for a successful exploitation.
