The weakness was published 07/12/2016 with Trend Micro as MS16-084 as confirmed bulletin (Technet). The advisory is shared for download at technet.microsoft.com. This vulnerability was named CVE-2016-3277. The attack can be initiated remotely. No form of authentication is required for a successful exploitation. Successful exploitation requires user interaction by the victim. There are neither technical details nor an exploit publicly available.
