The Sandbox Profiles component in Apple iOS before 9.3.3, OS X before 10.11.6, tvOS before 9.2.2, and watchOS before 2.2.2 allows attackers to access the process list via a crafted app that makes an API call.
The weakness was released 07/18/2016 by Stefan Esser with Cisco Talos as HT206904 as confirmed advisory (Website). It is possible to read the advisory at support.apple.com. This vulnerability is uniquely identified as CVE-2016-4594 since 05/11/2016. Attacking locally is a requirement. The successful exploitation needs a authentication. The technical details are unknown and an exploit is not publicly available. The advisory points out:
An access issue existed with privileged API calls. This issue was addressed through additional restrictions.

Upgrading to version 2.2.2 eliminates this vulnerability. A possible mitigation has been published immediately after the disclosure of the vulnerability.
